Co-organised with Hong Kong Bartenders Association, AOC is one of the acclaimed bartending competitions in Hong Kong, which aims at promoting the art of mixology and embracing bartending excellence.
Contestants representing their hotels, restaurants and bars have to concoct their innovative cocktails against the clock, and their cocktail creations will be judged on originality, taste, appearance and technique by a panel of industry experts. Hong Kong International Wine Challenge (HKIWC) 2015
