The People and the Stories in North-West China: Memories of Winemaking in Ningxia
2015年秋，宁夏政府举办国际酿酒师挑战赛，邀请48位国际酿酒师到宁夏酿酒。宁夏48家酒庄抽取了各自的国际酿酒师，48位国际酿酒师又抽取广夏葡萄酒基地的葡萄田，接下来的一个月就在抽取到他们的酒庄酿酒。原歌酒庄抽到的女酿酒师Jen Bound、贺尊酒庄抽到的女酿酒师Sarah Williams和宝石酒庄抽到的男酿酒师Leo Ricardez一起在原歌酒庄酿他们各自的酒。《酒典》杂志记者来到原歌酒庄，目睹三位国际酿酒师酿酒，并走访宁夏其它酒庄，此为作者对西北那段生活的回忆录。
In autumn 2015, journalist Jan from Fine Wine and Liquor magazine stayed in Ningxia for nearly a month to watch three international winemakers make wines in Yuange Winery during the Ningxia Winemakers Challenge. The winemakers and their winemaking philosophy, the people in Ningxia and their stories, the beautiful sceneries in the North-West China, such as Helan Mountain, with the snow on top of it, the rock paintings on its sides, the flowers in the dessert, and the moon on top of the lake, have impressed her very much. She misses the life there.
